John Heckman is the principal of Heckman consulting, founded in 1997. We have over 30 years experience in the legal industry and our clients are almost exclusively law firms or corporate legal departments. He has been a member of the Worldox "Inner Circle" since its inception, a by-invitation group composed of consultants who have at least 10 years as a Worldox reseller, have been in the top 5% of sales performance over the past three years and have made special contributions in developing the Worldox product and market share.

Worldox in One Hour for Lawyers. Third Edition. The ABA's Law Practice Management originallly published Worldox in One Hour for Lawyers in 2013. The third edition covers recent improvements in Worldox GX4, including Web 3.0 (now included in the program at no extra cost) and Outlook integration (especially the ability to file emails to Worldox from a smart phone). Large sections have been published in the nearly 250 posts of my blog, "Does It Compute?" You can order a copy of the book from the ABA by clicking here.
